The Life of Riley provides high quality of leadership and low group numbers. Walks are led by Martin Riley who holds the qualification of International Mountain Leader (IML)  and is the first British  mountain guide to join the  Spanish Mountain Guides Association (AEGM). Martin has an extensive knowledge of the area having walked here for over six years and has undertaken qualification and training courses both in the UK and Europe

Permenantly resident in the Alpujarra we are able to offer year round flexibility including arrival dates , duration and activies in the Sierra Nevada, Sierra Almijara, and Sierra de Huetor as well as the Alpujarra.  Within easy reach of either Granada, Almeria or Malaga airports the area is ideal for a short break or long holiday .

Guiding rates:- 50E per person per day low level,70E per person per day high level. Group rate, four people 150€ low level, 180€ high level.

Accommodation rates :- from 30E per person per night B&B or 180€ a week self catering for group of four.

We strongly advise that you take out specialist insurance such as that supplied by the British Mountaineering Council , www.thebmc.co.uk and ensure that it covers the activities included in your holiday. In addition you should  have a current European Health Insurance Card for basic medical cover.
